The dead-pipeline resurrection engine

Your CRM is a graveyard.
We bring the buyers back.

Sixty to eighty percent of the average CRM is dead — demos that went dark, quotes never signed, trials that expired. You already paid to acquire every one of those leads. Our voice and email agents work them, and book qualified sales meetings on your calendar.

Paid audit. Fixed fee. No commitment beyond it.

How it works

Dead leads in. Qualified meetings out.

Three steps. No new software to learn, no SDRs to hire, no process to rebuild.

01

We audit your graveyard

A paid, fixed-fee teardown of your dead pipeline: how many dead leads, how dead, what is recoverable. You get a number, not a pitch.

02

The engine works them

Voice and email agents re-engage every dead lead with a real reason to talk again. Human QA on every conversation — nothing robotic goes out in your name.

03

You take the meetings

Qualified sales meetings land on your calendar. Pay per meeting, or a flat monthly retainer. Your team closes — we keep the pipeline fed.

The graveyard audit

Start with the audit.
It is paid — that is the point.

A free audit is a sales call in disguise. Ours is a fixed-fee teardown: the hook, the qualifier, and the sales opener in one asset.

  • ✓ A full count of your dead pipeline — demos gone dark, quotes never signed, trials expired, churned customers.
  • ✓ A recoverability score per segment: who is worth working, who is not, and why.
  • ✓ A projected meeting yield at our target revival rates — the number you can hold us to.
  • ✓ Yours to keep, whether or not you continue. The audit is a product, not a funnel trick.
Fixed fee · Paid

The Graveyard Audit

We tear down your dead pipeline and show you exactly what is recoverable — segment by segment, with a projected meeting yield.

Delivered as a written teardown plus a walkthrough call. If the number is not worth chasing, we will tell you that too.

Pricing

Our fee is the smallest number on this page.

You already paid to acquire every lead in your graveyard. We turn that sunk cost back into pipeline — and our fee is tied to the meetings we revive, not to our effort.

Zero downside

Pay per revived meeting

$400–600 / qualified meeting
  • Book nothing, pay nothing. One revived meeting with a buyer who already knows your name is worth ten cold ones — and you only pay when it lands on your calendar.
  • Qualified means: the right title, the right company, a real reason to talk now.
  • Weekly report: what we worked, what revived, what booked.

The full graveyard, worked monthly

$1,100–3,200 / month
  • Flat fee, continuous revival. The engine works your entire dead pipeline, not just a sample.
  • Target: ~2 qualified revived meetings a month — expected pipeline value ~1.4× the fee.
  • Voice + email agents, human QA on every conversation.
  • Cancel anytime with one email. You own your data — export or delete it whenever.

The audit is the only fixed fee anywhere on this page. Everything after it is tied to meetings landing on your calendar.

A note from the founder

Why we are building this

We watched good companies sit on thousands of dead leads they had already paid for — then pay again to acquire new ones while the old ones rotted. That never made sense to us. So we built the engine we wished existed: it works the graveyard, and you only pay when meetings land. We are early. The engine runs on our own pipeline first, and founding clients get our personal attention and founding terms.

Our team

The humans behind the engine.

Revive Desk is a small, senior team led by its founder. No account managers, no handoffs, no black box — when you work with us, you talk to the people doing the work.

We kept watching good companies pay twice for the same leads — once to acquire them, then again to replace them after they went dark. The graveyard was full of buyers nobody called back. So we call them back.

Every engagement is led personally: the audit, the strategy, and the human QA on every conversation that goes out in your name. We answer our own emails — you will never get a ticket number.

01

Why we built this

Dead leads are not dead buyers — they are buyers whose timing was wrong, whose champion left, whose budget froze. We built the engine we wished existed: it works the graveyard with a real reason to talk again, and you pay when meetings land.

02

How we work

Paid audit first, so we both know the graveyard is worth working. Human QA on every conversation — nothing goes out in your name without a human reading it. Weekly reports: what we worked, what revived, what booked.

03

What we will not do

No invented results — every figure here is a target unless marked observed, and we say so. No lock-in — cancel anytime, your data exports or deletes on request. Fall below about 1.5 meetings a month, sustained, and you should fire us.

FAQ

Straight answers before you commit.

Is the audit really paid? Why not free?

Yes — fixed fee. A free audit is a sales call with a nicer name. Ours is a real teardown you keep either way, which is exactly why it works as a qualifier: if your graveyard is not worth working, we will tell you before you spend another dollar.

Do you replace our CRM or our SDRs?

Neither. We work the leads your team already wrote off — the dead pipeline nobody has time for. Your CRM stays where it is; we operate on a read-only view to start.

What about compliance on voice outreach?

Compliance counsel is priced into the engagement from day one, not wished away. Voice outreach follows the applicable rules, with human QA on every conversation before anything goes out in your name.

Who owns the data?

You do. Lead data stays yours — export or delete everything anytime with one email. We carry copies only to do the work.

What if it does not work?

Then you stop paying. On the retainer, cancel anytime. On pay-per-meeting, you only ever paid for meetings that happened. And the line in the sand stands: below ~1.5 qualified meetings a month, sustained, the engagement ends.

What do you need from us to start?

Read-only access to your CRM for the audit, and one walkthrough call. The audit tells us both whether the graveyard is worth working — nothing more is needed until then.
